Trials and subscriptions
Every new company receives a 14-day free trial. After the trial a paid plan is required to continue writing data. Plans renew automatically until cancelled.
Company approval
New companies are reviewed before activation. We may request additional registration documents and may decline or suspend a workspace that cannot be verified.
Acceptable use
You may not use the platform for unlawful activity, attempt to access another company's data, or interfere with the security, integrity or availability of the service.
Your data
Your company owns its data. We process it only to deliver the service, and you may export it at any time while your subscription is active.
Availability and liability
We target 99.9% monthly availability excluding scheduled maintenance. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous three months.
