We collect account details (name, email, phone), company registration information, uploaded documents and technical logs required to operate and secure the platform.

How we use data
Data is used to provide the service, verify companies during onboarding, prevent abuse, provide support and comply with legal obligations. We never sell personal data.
Tenant isolation
Each company workspace is isolated at database level with row-level security. Staff of one company can never read another company's records.
Storage and encryption
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Uploaded documents are stored in a private bucket accessible only to the owning company and authorised platform reviewers.
Retention
Company data is retained while the account is active and for a limited period after closure so records can be exported, after which it is permanently deleted.
